Easy to install but we couldn't get the software portion to go so we had the heating contractor who repaired our heater to come back. He was here 5 mins and got it up and running. We can't get the remote function going after power shut down.

By the time the app recognizes the device I can walk over and change the temperature. The device is slow to respond.

I work with one of your texts and got the system up it eventually failed. Have tried on several attempts to get it to work. And it continues to fail I have two units and neither one are working properly

A little difficult to get installed through WiFi. After help from Honeywell install went smoother.

Great thermostat. Simple display but lots of hidden features available if you read the manual thoroughly. Wi fi was difficult to set up but now that itâs connected itâs been trouble free
