So far the 2 thermostats have been working great. I'm now in Florida while the thermostats are in Ohio and it sure is nice to be able to check the house temperature or be able to change the temperature if needed

Pretty easy to set; however I donât quite understand when it changes the temperatureâat the time set or does it try to have it at that temperature when that time hits.

Unless I am doing something wrong on the app, I thought that I would be able to control more functions that just the temp.

We were extremely disappointed that the instructions for setting up the thermostat, both paper and on line were out of date. The contractor was not able to set up the thermostat, and I had to call tech support the next day.

I had one un-commanded emergency heat come on and take the residence to 85 F for no reason. Seems like the unit (s) zonal have a mind of their own at times. Both units and control panel were installed 9/4/18 so I await the full cold to eval.

Previously the Thermostat had so many problems, which were never rectified, I just got excuses. After the total change of the app, now very often, getting alerts that there is a problem and Lyric cannot connect online, something like this.

This thermostat was installed by a contractor hired by my home builder, Lennar. It's an excellent product and the installer did an excellent, professional job.
