Manually works fine between heat and cool on a schedule, but I need to have it work in the Auto position between heating and cooling System is not set up for auto heating cool and so far I haven’t had feedback from support

I had a TH9320 thermostat which was/is great. When my furnace was replaced recently, the installers replaced my TH9320 with this T6 thermostat which, unfortunately, was a DOWNGRADE that I didn't realize until the installers were gone. Now, the T6 works as designed... no issue with it doing what it is supposed to do. But it does not have the "bells and whistles" (color screens, outdoor temperature display, etc.) that the TH9320 has. I'll be re-installing the better model.

Replaced an ecobee thermostat with the T6 thermostat. I like the “geofencing” option since the thermostat is located in a cabin (2nd home) that I do not live at full time. I like being able to adjust the thermostat’s lighting on the wall. I wish the T6 also offered room sensors WiFi compatible and connected to the thermostat (ecobee offers these accessories) so you can get a consistent temperature upstairs, main level and downstairs (below grade). So far, the T6 seems to perform well and regulates the heat pump functions well. Since I’m away from the property most of the time, I check the thermostat remotely via its App daily. I give 5 stars rating. And, I would recommend it.

Wall unit does not have intuitive controls. I pick dont ask me again to questions in the app and it reasks me every time.

Branded thermostat! The thermostat worked fine and was easy to setup but this thermostat was branded by a small HVAC company somewhere in the US and had their phone number permanently written on the thermostat - other wise … good product
