I want my thermostat to automatically change from AC to heat depending on my entered temperatures. I received a Train thermostat with my last unit and I never had to touch it. This thermostat is inconvenient.

Had thermostat installed by mechanical company. Install went quickly and was a well needed upgrade for me. Connecting it to my phone was easy and has worked great since install . This is something I should have done a long time ago. I would highly recommend the T-6 !

In the early 90’s I had an opportunity to tour a modern house that was equipped with a SMART Thermostat. I was most impressed with its ability to program appropriate temperature settings for different needs throughout the day. Some thirty years later, I have a thermostat that far exceeds the SMART features of the 90’s and more economically. In 2026, my dream has come to pass.

To see the outside temperature requires some kind of registration with the company. This thermostat is very difficult to program or manage remotely. Far harder to use than my Honeywell unit in the first floor. I will be replacing this unit with one identical with the downstairs unit. While it works, far better units available.
