Can't keep the thermostat connected to the Wi-Fi. Therefore I can't control the thermostat from my phone

We moved from an ecobee to the t6, and are constantly missing the features from the ecobee. I would never recommend t6 over a competitors smart thermostat.

I love the product very much. It's easy to use remotely and on site. What I don't like are the frequent disconnects because Honeywell is doing updates or whatever.

It's so nice to be able to adjust the temperature from the couch or from the car if your heading home and expecting company! It's very easy to use too.

We constantly lose communication with the thermostat or it jumps to a temperature we donât want. Itâs great about 80 % of the time.
