The thermostat doesn't work correctly. It will not stay connected to the wifi even though we have multiple other devices connected to our wifi without issue & have gigabit internet.

Screen too small, took several attempts to set up. Only works on 2.4Ghz network didn’t even see my 5G. Screen had a crack in it right out of the box. Overall the looks are very dated.

I've had other digital thermostats but they did not cooperate with our slower internet service. We had repeated issues with the device. This connects through its own Wi-Fi, and does not monopolize our bandwidth in any way. It is efficient, easy to set up in your home and to connect to the app. The app is easy to use and understand. Overall I would like the far above its competitors, it's simplicity is it's wonder, and it's glory.

When ever you change the temperate, the system automatically does a hold (which pauses the schedual). The system should be more user friendly. There is a learning curve to it.
