Geo fencing does not seem to work well which is very disappointing. With two users set up on the account the thermostat goes to away mode when one user leaves the house and the other stays home... this makes using geo fencing feature annoying.

I did not purchase these thermostats, they came with my new build home. Unfortunately I think they are extremely difficult to use and garbage. I have since removed them, thrown them in the trash and replaced them with Nests.

I was not looking for lots of bells and whistles just the ability to set a schedule and most importantly to control remotely. Well done at a reasonable price.

If you're thermostat is registered and for some reason it loses its wifi connection, establishing that you're the owners requires you to call in and have them unregister your thermostat from the account and then you need to connect once again.

Love being able to program we have odd sleeping schedules so that help. Being able turn it off when not needed and turn it on so it will be cool when you need it to be.
