I picked the T6 pro because it has a great reputation among contractors. Unfortunately, we haven't had a great experience so far. Had to work wifi set up process multiple times before it worked. Geofencing only worked a week. App logs out. $

The thermostat appears to function well, however the instruction manual is very sparse on instructions. Additionally the WIFI app is a good tool for quick adjustments away from home but does not allow for programming changes or edits to schedule.

My wife and I built a brand new home and we immediately had the âsmart thermostatâ, Nest, removed and replaced with a Honeywell since the Nest gave us so many problems!

It doesnât always start up when I change the temperature. It also looses WiFi connection according to Apple HomeKit. Iâd like it to be more intuitive like the best thermostat

The thermostat itself is great, and the contractor did a great job physically installing it. However, the install process syncing up the apps with the unit were unnecessarily complicated and irritating.

Simple and straight forward to use. We have a cabin about 2.5 hours from our home and this not only allows us to monitor the system from afar; it also allows us to adjust the temperature before we head that way so it is comfortable when we arrive.
