Difficult installation. Flat rectangular part had to be replaced from new unit. Works ok otherwise.

Installation by contractor was difficult but finally worked after calling customer support. The Honeywell app upgrades totally lost connection with the thermostat and had to be reinstalled which was somewhat confusing. The app could be improved

It did take a few tries to get the app to work, but once it connected to the two thermostats it has been great. The app is easy to use and controls both of our thermostats superbly. This is so much easier to use than our system at out last house.

I LOVE how easy it is to control the thermostat with my phone or by using the actual thermostat. I couldn't be happier with it.

The lyric T6 was installed in my new home by the builder. I had never heard of it till now, its a great device with many features. I really like using it for its wireless capabilities. Its geofence feature is great as well.
