Once I was able to connect my thermostat to WiFi everthing else was so easy. I love that I can turn my AC on from the app before I leave work and come home to a cool house.

The product app does not work consistently. Almost every time I need to adjust the temperature, the app tells me the unit is not connected to wifi. I then have to manually either reconnect the unit or just adjust the temperature at the unit.

In order to connect this system to Wifi, you HAVE to use an Apple smartphone or tablet. That is ridiculous. It should have Android capability as well. It was very frustrating connecting. However, once it was set up, Android access has been easy.
