There isn't an auto setting for cooling and heating. Only option is heating OR cooling

It seems to lose connection a lot; other than that it is great! I would like for it to be compatible with Alexa and other products.

I love the thermostat, its simple & user-friendly. The only issue I've had was it lost its WIFI connection. I had to take the face plate off and put back to reconnect to WIFI.
