Great addition to my home. One small inconvenience

Only bad part is that it could not be set up using an Android phone. Set up perfectly on the iPhone. Otherwise, no problems. I have two houses 1000 miles apart. I can change temp and check temp inside house on my phone (It is an Android). When we were coming home in Dec I turned up the heat about an hour before we arrived and found the home comfortable. Weather outside one home was almost 100 one summer and I regulated the temp from far away. Great monthly report on how I have been doing compared to other years. 2nd home has mini splits so I can't get a 2nd thermostat. I would buy the same one.

Installed this Thermostat in 2018 and LOVE the accuracy, ease of use, performance and quality. Easy for an idiot like myself to understand the simplicity of using this thermostat. Highly Recommended Thermostat. So GLAD we installed this WiFi Unit. I would rate this thermostat higher than 5 stars if I could! Recommended Purchase

We have had ours a year now & we haven’t had one bit of trouble out of hours. Several ppl mentioned it not staying connected to WiFi & I can almost bet y’all that y’all don’t have Spectrum!! I.love being away from home & being able to set my thermostat away from home. Great product &i if ours broke tomorrow, I’d buy this same exact one!!

WORKS FINE FOR ME!

Not sure about all these bad reviews, weird, mine works as intended as far as I can tell. Had a new gas heater installed almost 2 yrs ago by a professional, I did the wifi config myself, I don't recall it being overly complex and it works as long as the wifi in my house is operational. I'm not some tech genius and if anything networking is my weakness, so I have to wonder about some of these bad reviews.

UGLY AND IMPOSSIBLE TO PROGRAM!

This "SMART" thermostat has an ugly gray/white screen like the first computers (compared to my previous beautiful Honeywell screen). I have tried all day to connect the mobile app which was unsuccessful! Further, it somehow deleted my Verizon connection on my mobile to all my other apps! Soooo expensive too! Wish I hadn't bought it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not sure what everyone is crying about. I installed myself with the Honeywell THP9045A1023 wire saver into a 20 year old furnace following YouTube and manufacturer instructions. Connectivity has been no issue and the app works well enough to monitor the house when we’re out of town. I’m curious about their home home security systems.

It took me 3 hours to finally connect. I changed my Wi-Fi provider now I cannot reconnect it's been a week.

Terrible Product - WIFI Connection Not Working

I am unable to connect my T6 Pro to my WIFI - no way in 2025 that this should be a problem. Totally unacceptable.
