Love the thermostat! I would give it a 5 star if the GeoFencing worked better. More than half the time I come home and walk in the door, the system has not registered that I'm home. I just go over and touch the panel to wake it up and it works.

It keeps losing connection to both the internet and the AC unit every hour or so. This has created serious issues with the temperature inside my home reaching many times above 86Degrees mark.

It would not operate properly. Apparently there is something wrong with the product and I was told most people have had issues with this unit.

I like being able to set one temperature and let the heat pump switch between heat and cool without my intervention.

I get messages almost daily that communication has been lost. It was terrible getting connected to begin with. Just used my first vacation mode and it did not end as scheduled.
