The unit looks good and works well, however it seems to lose the wi-fi connection too often. When it does the app is useless and you must make adjustments manually.

I formerly used another Honeywell thermostat which used a different app. The old app was better as it provided a 5 day weather forecast. The app for the new one does not do that, only gives current day weather. I love the new thermostats however

Functionality is very basic for a âpro seriesâ ... thermostat doesnât measure humidity level or tell me outside temp. Would like to see improved features, disappointing considering this is new house/furnace.

Seems like the unit struggles to stay connected to my WiFi. It was quite difficult to sync during set up and I get an error notification approximately once a week that says the thermostat is having trouble connecting to the WiFi.
