This thermostat is not user friendly at all. The app is basically useless. Cannot control anything from it really other than turning temp up and down. I constantly get notifications that my thermostat is having trouble communicating.

When we hooked in our second thermostat, the wifi app only wanted to show heat in the programing. (There is no heat here) While I was able to program just using the heat which somehow worked to cool, it seemed just wrong.

I have only had the thermostat for a couple of weeks. The Thermostat seems to be a quality product. It has a problem staying connected to our wi-fi, which is strong.

My last thermostat had some other features that this one does not. I was able to keep track of run time and can't do that with this product.

Just wondering how good will work when I leave for three months to Arizona. I do have WiFi in my home. There also. Is there anything special I will need to do or know
