I am getting a lot of intermittent messages saying it canât connect to WiFi and the devices periodically show as offline in the app.

We already had a older programable thermostat that worked OK. The contractor installed this one with a new system. The new one is far too complex, I don't use or need most of the features such as WIFI.

I purchased this for an uninhabited place, My only complaint is the app has no alerts to tell me the heat isn't working, I have to manually check the app every day, mind you that's more convenient than driving to check the heat, but frustrating when

It is very easy to use and the app gives a lot of flexibility to manage when not home. The power back up is a nice feature in the event of a power failure.
