We had to replace a furnace, and since it was 20 years old along with the stat, it was time to replace them both. We like the wi-fi capabilities, and the size of the new stat; works great; easier to program.

We just got back from a cruise and liked the fact that I could monitor and change the settings thru my iPhone.

I am most disappointed that when a t-stat goes offline, it does not tell me the location in the history. I also want my own lock code.

The thermostat constantly disconnect from the wifi, doesn't know when I'm home or away until at least at hour after I've left or returned. Contractor couldn't connect it to my phone. I had to YouTube it in order for it to work. I had to do it myself

I purchased the home with the Honeywell. Love everything about it. I'm sure it is helping me on my heating bill as I have it automatically set to change the temperature when I leave & I arrive. One less thing I have to remember to do. Love it.

Love the convenience of being able to change the temp on both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats and even set up the schedule right from my phone with the app. Would like separate schedules for both heating and cooling though.

Iâve had a horrible time with it losing WiFi and get numerous messages a day about how it canât communicate. Iâve reinstalled everything twice with no change.
