I have 3 that were installed by a builder for a new home. I have spent hours trying to connect them to the app to be able to control them remotely and cannot get more than one at a time to connect and function on the app.

It has repeatedly failed to connect. It is useless as a smart home product. No one, including technicians, can make it work. The worst product ever.

Need to text instead of email for hot or cold warnings. Also should allow for more than one contact for hot or cold warnings. Love the device otherwise.

Product great, however the app is not always compatible. Even after calling into your customer service department for help, the app works on my iPhone it does not work at my wifeâs iPhone
