The app is super inconsistent and disconnects from the unit on an almost weekly basis. This product will not be a part of our home long.

WiFi wonât work despite multiple attempts at a fix. Our contractor reports there is a known defect with this model so we are waiting on a replacement. Alerts for the error keep popping up in the middle of the night waking us up

The first thermostat (1 of 2 installed) stopped working and had to be replaced. The replacement did drop the WiFi one time, so I am watching that one.

Iâm always at work barely Home. With the WiFi thermostat helped my electricity bill got a lot lower. If you want to save money or have your Ac to work less hour I recommend Honeywell give you the option to schedule your AC to work
