I like the product but the phone app failed to turn on and off the device. One instance, the app reflected an OFF device but got inside the house with the air condition on.

Our internet is 5G. Your software doesn't work with 5G. Conflicted with my other APPs on my cell phone that need 5G. We came home to a house at 80 degrees. The away feature didn't work properly. Geofence knew we left, it didn't know we were home.

it works awesome i can set it and forget it and change the temp from anywhere! love im still figuring out some things but works great so far but i have to wait to winter to see how the furnace portion works!

Total pain in the rear...loses Wi-Fi signal constantly ... tried to fix with the app but ended up having to call a tech... not happy
