The unit was builder installed. Programming was straightforward and easy. We haven't had one issue with it. The Wi-Fi works reconnects when the power goes out or the carrier drips the feed. We have had 3 different carriers works great with each one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This thermostat was recently installed by a professional. The app was easy to download and use to access the thermostat. Just remember that if you make a change, you must click on "Save" to ensure that your change will be actuated.
