Very disappointed that the thermostat does not have humidity reading. I have three Nest thermostats which were less expensive and they all display humidity on the app. And your little box wonât hold enough characters to accurately state my opinion

Itâs great! We have not had to touch the ac thermostat all... it is set just the way we like it and being able to have and temperatures pre set for certain times is Phenomenal! So glad we have this

It's worked great except for the 12 hours it wouldn't connect to wi-fi. And it was Honeywell's fault. Also, we liked the old app better.

Contractor installing our new HVAC system did not realize we didn't have the proper wiring for this kind of thermostat and had to come back the next day to re-wire so it would work.

Constantly goes offline. And goes off Permanent Hold on its own. Happened to me several times!
