We are having trouble with how to use this product. Sometimes the app disconnects with our WiFi... And other times, it doesn't seem like it's making any changes we made for settings..

I sometimes have difficulty connecting with my homes WiFi but not always. I keep receiving message from Honeywell saying they are unable to connect to my thermostat to make adjustments. Why would I want Honeywell adjusting my thermostat?

This feature was already part of the home when we bought it. They did have to come out and show us how to use it and down load it to our electronic devices. They were very helpful and it works good. thanks

We have to keep resetting it. We also get notifications that we are crossing the geofence. We shouldn’t have to worry every day that it is working properly.
