I have installed a lot of these thermostats. Things I like about it are, having a solid back plate that does allow drafts from inside wall to effect temperature, easy setup (most of the time.) and email alerts when things arenât going right.

When it's online it seems to do well. It's offline most of the time. Don't know why. Everything else that is coming off the Wi-Fi does fine.

Had the âradio thermostatâ which showed run time and was overall a much easier app to use. This was a step back in ability to manipulate the system via the phone.

Had it 3 weeks. Have had to reset it once due to wi-fi communication failing. Hope this isn't a frequent issue.
