We got 3 with our new house. Once you get them online, you need to keep them online as they will constantly ask for outside temps. Tech support was unable to assist. We had to reset all of them to factory and start over. It is a nice thermostat

The Geofencing does not work. It keeps on saying I'm home and away throughout the day and night even while we are at the house sleeping. Hey that fixed and it will be a good product.

LOVE the Honeywell Home our for ease of set up/use, convenience of the app with control from my phone, flexibility by presetting sleep/wake/vacation, and geofence for when I am close to home to start cooling/heating

I wish the contractor settings were in the user manual. To get full use of this you MUST use the contractor settings which can only be found by calling Honeywell - so call Honeywell and ask for contractor settings to do what you want it to do!
