Was difficult for installer. first thermostat deffevtive told to use second one. Had difficulty getting it to connect on line. Eventually succeeded and I could control it from me phone for several days and has since failed to connect

WE HAVE ONLY HAD THE T 6 WIFI THERMOSTAT FOR LESS THAN A MONTH .BUT SO FOR WE HAVE ENJOYED IT VERY VERY MUCH .IT HAS DONE EVERYTHING THAT IT SAID IT WOULD DO . AND A LOTS MORE THAT I NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE AS OF YET.

Works great! It's so nice to be able to use the app on my cell phone to change temperature and/or program whether home or away! Much easier than having to climb a set of stairs (thermostat location is on our second floor) as had to do in the past.

The only issue I had was that one of my two thermostats would come on at 8:00pm instead of 10pm that it was scheduled for.

Replacing a Nest that broke after 2 or 3 years. Honeywell recommended by contractor. So far, so good.

This app will not work with the Honeywell RedLine series. A major drawback if you have one of their older systems that you want to control along with a newer T6 thermostat.
