I made the mistake of moving the brightness from zero - once you do that the lowest you can go is one and that can keep you up at night if you're used to a completely dark bedroom. Also, I wasn't able to program a fan schedule. I like the fan on each night as I sleep. Vacation mode has to be set manually every time. There's no automatic eco mode when you and your cell phone leave. This thermostat could be smarter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi William, thanks for the rating. You can enable the Auto changeover feature from the advanced setup menu, please see the following direction.
1. At the thermostat press and hold menu until the screen changes.
2. Press select on Device setup.
3. Press the right arrow until 300 appears on the top of the screen.
4. Tap Edit.
5. Press the right arrow to change the setting to ON.
6. Press Done to save.
Once complete you'll have the AUTO option under the mode menu.

The "T6 Pro Smart Thermostat" came with our new HVAC system. We've only had the new system for about a month. The T6 Pro appears user-friendly which is a good thing. I do wish that the usage history was a little more descriptive.
