Purchased from our HVAC contractor. Not knowledgeable on operation & thermostats constantly go offline. NOT HAPPY & no one seems to know how to fix

I had 2 lyricâs installed in 2 homes in the past 9 months I am constantly having to delete Lyric app and reinstall it. You blame it on our internet service other than this thermostat we have had no trouble with our internet service.

User app completely non-user friendly. Had to hire a technician to finally program the thermostat and it took them 6 full attempts before it worked. Will never own another Honeywell product

Choates installed this with my new system and I love using the app to monitor the temperature in my house. Don't even have to get out of bed to see if the heat is on. Much easier to use than my previous 12 year old Honeywell programmable.

The app makes it very way for us to monitor and control the temperature at our lake condo remotely. Very easy setup to our WiFi network.

it will not stay connected. The temp maximum and minimums keep resetting to higher. Very frustrating to use. I specifically wanted to ap so i could controll while travelling.
