Thermostat loses connectivity often. Completely lost the thermostat from app and had to be reinstalled once.

Difficult to get connected to WiFi. For the price you would expect more features. Had a Nest in a previous house, really regret not insisting on a Nest this time. Plan to take out the Hon ywell soon.

This is my first WiFi thermostat and I am very pleased with its performance. Makes managing my homes temperature easy at home or away from an app on my cell phone. Convenient if you have have pets at home to be able to monitor the homes temperature.

The stats are great. Putting them on your wireless network took an IT team of experts. Shouldnât have been that hard to get them on the network and Honeywell support was worthless. Should have done Neat or ecobee
