Bad software, cannot connect easily to internet

Whenever I reboot my router, the T6 thermostat fails to connect to the internet. It is useless for controlling my heat pump when I'm not at home. It "remembers" which WiFi network it should connect to, but it is non-standard to the point where my router doesn't recognise it as an internet-capable device.

Less than bare bones. Ability to connect to a phone through their private server does not make up for missing features that should not be considered optional when wifi is included. No outdoor thermometer, no auto heat/cool setting, only four programming sections without the ability to set per day. Wifi feature works (until the service is discontinued), but provides no additional features to the main unit.
This thermostat is complete garbage. Had it for 2 1.2 years and have had nothing but issues with it. The heat never kicks on. I've tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works. It turns on randomly but not when I need it.

I really enjoy using this app. It provides convenient control over temperature settings, allowing me to adjust heating or cooling, turn it on or off—all directly from my phone.
There's also a scheduling feature, though I don’t personally use it. Additionally, the app offers detailed statistics on usage, showing how long the AC or heat has been running daily, weekly, and monthly. Also the thermostat screen is touch screen and very user friendly.
Works okay and has been convenient. Since I have no experience with other alternatives, I have not way to evaluate it in relation to other options. I do which it had more flexibility on periods.

Basic product. It should have an auto setting, not just heat or cool.

Hi, the auto changeover can be enabled from the installer menu. Please see the following direction. 1. On the thermostat tap the screen so "Menu" shows at the bottom of the screen. 2. Press and hold the "Menu" button until "Device Setup" appears, and press "Select." 3. Use the arrow button to go to function 300 at the top of the screen and press "Edit." 4. Use the arrow buttons to set the Auto-Changeover feature to "On" or "Off." 5. Press "Done" to save. Once complete you'll have the auto option listed under the mode setting.
was purchased in June and by the time winter came around the heat did not work at all and the thermostat had all the heater problem signs. Had no heat for quite a while as the builder had to replace it and diagnose the problem for days.
