Big display, easy to adjust, the app is clear and easy to use. Minimal instructions necessary. Makes climate management simple. Especially with my work schedule that changes so much along with this Texas heat. Also the Apple Watch app is an amazingly convenient. Less than 5 seconds to change the temp and I don’t even have to stand up from my desk or look for my phone.

Had one installed for a year; we like it so much just installed another for the second zone. Very large system customization in install menu. Never had a connectivity problem, setup went painlessly, recent update to Honeywell Home app is a big improvement. I wish there was a way to monitor outdoor temp directly on the face of the unit, not just in the app.

The apps needs improvement. First there is no place that tell you to click on the Honeywell Home on the first page to get into your setting or to put the system on or to even set up a schedule. They should be the first things you are able to see.
I have two units which were professionally installed, so I cannot comment on that. My wife and I connected the units to the Honeywell Home app, she on her Apple (iOS) phone and me on Android. The app can be a little esoteric, but once figured out it works well. We also can control it with Amazon Alexa. But be aware, Alexa only can control the thermostat when it is in either heat or cool, but not when it is on auto. One more tip, when you install the second thermostat, you must uninstall then reinstall the app on your phone before it will fully recognize the second unit.

I would not recommend this product IF someone was to have more than one facility into which the thermostat is installed. The thermostat itself works great, however, we (the contractor, myself and Honeywell support) have never been able to program it

I love that I can control all my thermostats from my phone BUT they lose the connection to wifi too often. I've had them for a month & I've had to reset them 5-6 times. It is very frustrating. Router is only about 30 ft away so I know it's not that
