Keeps losing the wi fi signal. Have to remove it from the wall and reinstall it. This happens once every two weeks. Other than that it works fine.

It is great but not offering support for Android or alexa for voice control is its one bad thing you canât just cater to apple people

we had a little trouble connecting to the internet to install, but other than that we are very happy with it. We like how we can change the temperature while we're away and check to see what the temperature is.

Wifi can be a bit flaky and if it gives a wifi antenna error you cannot really reset it. You need to pull the unit and reinsert to reboot.

After setting temp it will not retain temp it will go down to 68 and keep running
