Only complaint is that it was not easy to update the Wi-Fi pswd when we updated the pswd after the initial install. I took updating the smartphone app to make it work.

I love the features it is supposed to have, but the install was terrible (took three separate phones to finally get it installed). Also the geofence functionality sort of works. We have trouble with multiple phones (all have different accounts ).

Your purchasing options are not fleshed out enough. I bought my Honeywell thermostat from the Heating company I work with - they'd just installed a new furnace and my main request of the thermostat was that I be able to access it via wifi.
