Very satisfied. I removed a Nest Learning thermostat and was glad to get rid of it. I want my thermostat to do what I ask of it, plain and simple, not what it thinks I want.

Contractor not up to speed on features of this thermostat and had a lot of problems connecting to wifi. Does not have indication when in AUX mode. That is how I normally detect problems with heat pump.

Seems to be working well. It's very convenient to use. We've had a few hiccups: we'll get occasional notifications from the device that it's not connecting well. But it reconnects on its own. Overall a good purchase for a broken, old thermostat.
