It’s good. But sometimes it glitches and makes things slower. Last week I had to open the app 20 times to choose the option.

PBCI is a company that can truly stand tall behind the word GREAT. The beginning, before all of the work started, I spoke with Todd Carmer. He explained everything! Then, he answered all of my questions. I felt confident that PBCI was going to deliver the best product. And did They Deliver! All rooms worked on remained as they were. No dirt or dust to be found. The workmen were polite and respectful. The whole job for me took a week- 5 days. We are quite happy :)))

Hi, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble, the unit does have the auto changeover feature where it can switch between heating and cooling automatically, please see the following direction.
1. On the thermostat tap the screen so "Menu" shows at the bottom.
2. Press and hold the "Menu" button until "Device Setup" appears, and press "Select."
3. Use the arrow button to go to function 300 at the top of the screen and press "Edit."
4. Use the arrow buttons to set the Auto-Changeover feature to "On" or "Off."
5. Press "Done" to save.
