Lost connection to Wi-Fi. Thermostat can no longer connect to Wi-Fi. Have tried everything. Honeywell Customer service is impossible to reach

I was having an issue of the thermostat not shutting off the air conditioner when the target temperature was achieved. After a month, we had the contractor replace the thermostat with a new one and it works well.

I am liking my WiFi connectivity to my thermostat. I do wish it would dim very bright at night. Itâs now serving a dual purpose a thermostat and a night light.

Thermostat is okay, but connecting it to the Wifi was took countless attempts covering many hours with new Honeywell App. (Lyric App was somewhat difficult, but not nearly as difficult as Honeywell App.)

I have several honeywell thermostats. They use the TCC app which is not compatible with this thermostat. This uses a different app. I also had to call tech support because mobile data has to be turned off for android phones not noted in instruction
