It took the tech a couple of tryâs to configure the unit but after he did the mobile app was very easy. I really like having access anywhere

I DO NOT LIKE THE SECURITY CODE FEATURE EACH TIME I WANT TO VIEW THE THERMOSTAT FROM MY PHONE. I UNDEERSTANDD THAT I CAN ELIMINATE IT BUT DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THE SYSTEM YOU ARE USING.

A little more help with navigation would have been good with contractor but phone support answered some simple questions
