I can not get the thermostat set up on my phone. The old app Lyric was better. I need help. I get completely to the where it says Home kit and it boots me out. I have tried everything.

Set up was a bit more difficult as I have Apple computer and phones. But everything since then has been excellent. Love being able to control the temp away from home.

I have 4. The wifi boards appear to be of low quality. I am constantly getting messages that there is trouble communicating w/ a couple of the units. I have confirmed excellent signal throughout home, but still get these messages.

My new T6 wi-fi Thermostat is so much better than the old one I had , easy to see and at night it has a back light when you touch it , also super easy to change temp with the Wi-Fi , I like it a lot .

WiFi wonât work despite multiple attempts at a fix. Our contractor reports there is a known defect with this model so we are waiting on a replacement. Alerts for the error keep popping up in the middle of the night waking us up

When I access the thermostat on my phone app, I wish it told me the actual temperature in the house and not just what the setting is. Or am I misreading it, or can I change a setting?

This device was installed when we bought our home. It was not an easy transition. While the interface itself is funtional, integrating it with the app took 2 months to get done due to app glitches. One of the 2 thermostats would not register.
