Struggle having the unit adjust and stay at the correct temperature. In addition, seems to lose internet service regularly, but our devices stay connected.

This is my second T6. My first, which controls the majority of the house, has been so easy to use and extremely accurate. Therefore, I was determined to replace the second thermostat in my house, which controls an addition, with it. Excellent product

We have been satisfied with the controller and how it can be accessed by our phones and internet. I would recommend a trending temp and setting display feature on future versions, so that a timeline history could be viewed at any time.

Been over 30 days working with the installer to resolve why the devices show offline and are still not working. A disaster and wish I had not purchased them.

A bit hard to get connected app is ok, contractor had to call support to troubleshoot connectivity. App works ok now.
