This device has a very intuitive design and is easy to connect (and control) from the Honeywell app. Would highly recommend.

The product disconnects from our internet frequently and also although one of the phones connected to the thermostat remained in the house the system went to the away setting when one phone crossed the geofence.

Product is great. Regarding your help line, I would rate them as well if I understood what the hell they were saying. Their English is so heavily accented I have no idea what they are saying. For this one reason I would NOT choose any Honeywell

It's the best thing since sliced bread, I like being able to control it from my phone, living in Oklahoma it maybe 70°,in two hours it maybe down to 30°,I can turn it from air-conditioning to heat before I get home.
