Had some issues initially with the stat losing connection to WIFI, however, we were not giving it time to reconnect. When left alone it reconnects and operates well.

The install of our first thermostat did not go well. The contractor did not know certain steps and Honeywell support was difficult to work with. Once the issues were resolved the second install went smoothly. Thermostats have worked well since then.

This is my second thermostat first one came up with a code saying couldnt connect or something like that wasnt even a year old contractor replaced it with a new one we travel a lot so I hope this one works

Good product although the server disconnects from time to time. Functions well and like integration with Alexa and HomeKit
