I am most disappointed that when a t-stat goes offline, it does not tell me the location in the history. I also want my own lock code.

I have no idea why NEST get all the positive press. This thermostat does everything nest does and more. I could not be happier wit the hardware and the app...blew me away!

This is our second Honeywell WiFi thermostat! We love being able to change the temperature a thousand miles away or change from heat to AC!

A little difficult getting connected via WiFi but with customer service got it done. Flawless since then.

Keeps saying it can not connect, and can not get through to Honeywell support. So it is working just like a normal thermostat on the wall, but a lot more expensive.

Wifi/ Ap option is broken, it works.. however I have had 3 stats installed, the first 2 work well then I went online and the stats started acting funny showing 3 degrees above wanted temps, etc. Installed the third stat without going online and works

The thermostat has been reliable and relatively easy to use including the WiFi capability.

As my contractor installed the thermostat. I installed the app and did the setup. The issue was it would not connect to wifi. I had to call Honeywell, and waited on hold for ~1 hour. Once I finally talked to Customer Support, it issue was fixed.
