Was a little vague for instructions to connect and use the app but the more you use it the easier it gets.

It was installed by a contractor, and then had to be reinstalled because it was not connected properly. It's a good thermostat, but wish they had outside temp and humidity.

I would give the product a higher rating because the unit at home works wonderfully. the unit at the office not so well. i can not get it to sync with the app.

I love that I can control all my thermostats from my phone BUT they lose the connection to wifi too often. I've had them for a month & I've had to reset them 5-6 times. It is very frustrating. Router is only about 30 ft away so I know it's not that

It's really nice being able to control it remotely, when I can. The unit loses connectivity quite often, and doesn't always let me know. This results in the air being on when I have turned it off, as well as different temps being on.

The apps need work. My old thermostat worked fine on android, but the new one breaks my older tablet, and won't allow me to load on a chromebook. It works (sort of) on iPhone, but I keep getting communication errors. The old one did not do that.

Works well for me. The WIFI goes in and out at times but cant tell if that's the unit or the WIFI itself.

Iâve had a horrible time with it losing WiFi and get numerous messages a day about how it canât communicate. Iâve reinstalled everything twice with no change.
