This has been horrible experience. Very disappointed with product. Constantly disconnecting from WiFi / Server. Canât even get it to function reliably on schedule. Phone service has been find but thermostat fails to stay functioning post setup.

At first it was great. It worked well with the app without any problems. Then, I changed my internet provider, and since then it won't connect with my internet or my phone. It's terrible. I've tried over and over to restart it, and reconnect it.

The WiFi aspect of this product is horrible. It doesnât stay connected, the geo fence doesnât work at all. We called for help and spent so much time on the phone to fix the issue, then the Wifi aspect quit working again... not happy...

Works as a thermometer, but online capabilities is non existent. Tried multiple times to connect it. A very frustrating experience. When it does connect it drops off network, even though internet connectivity has not stopped. It should be better.
