This was contractor installed with our new air conditioner last July, and worked fine until the software update. Now, nobody can get it working again.

Thermostat came with new home in Morgan Hill Ca. I had a nest at my previous house and it was awesome this is not. It goes off line multiple times a day and was very difficult to set up

I have had to restart the wi-fi connection at least 6 times within the last month or two. It was not easy to fix the connection and reset the geofencing or schedule. I consulted user manual and online tools. New app did not help this.

It will not stay connected to WiFi. I have reconnected it to WiFi several times and it will not stay connected

I just love it! I hardly ever touch it.I especially like being able to change the temperature setting,checking the outside or the inside temperatures & even changing the mode from my iPad or iPhone. Iâm a senior citizen, woman.
