I set up the wifi to talk to my phone but forgot the PIN number. The set up procedure should have mentioned to write it down.

I use the thermostat with the ios app, and constantly, almost daily, I receive notifications from the app that it's lost connection with the thermostat. I have reconnected and reconfigured and it still doesn't connect to our network.

Simple to install, little difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi, I believe there should be more program settings through the app.

Thermostat keeps going off line. Defeats the entire purpose, as this is a vacation condo, and I am unable to change the temperature BEFORE I arrive. Unkown why it keeps dropping off line, as the Wi Fi in the condo works perfectly.

Setup and programming was straightforward, and getting the family set up for geofencing was easy. Works like a charm, and I love that it is HomeKit compatible.
