Since the upgrade from Lync to Honeywell the thermostat has connection issues. Never with the old app

Itâs just a pure pleasure to be able to control my device from any where in the country I was in New York and continue to control my cooling system in Minnesota, Honeywell is just sweet!

The unit continuously goes offline from time to time and I have to repeat the process to sync it to the phone app.

Works great, I may be dense, but set-up instructions were a little hard to understand. I also keep getting message on my iPhone that say Honeywell having trouble connecting. I don't know what this means as I can connect just fine.

Can't keep the thermostat connected to the Wi-Fi. Therefore I can't control the thermostat from my phone
