We have had extreme difficulty setting up the thermostat on our phone. Over 10 hours have been spent. It is still not working correctly.

Love this thermostat! Setting my a/c on the go is amazing. My only issue is with the wifi connection, my orbi sends out two bands, and the thermostat can only connect to one so i get a connection error message sometimes.

Difficulty installing was problem with local wifi network - required using second network (phone mobile data) - local network wouldn't allow phone & thermostat to contact Honeywell simultaneously - once corrected (8 hours tech support), all perfect
