I love that I can control it from my phone! Also being able to set the home, away, and sleep settings is a major plus. I like it a little colder when sleeping so to be able to have that automatically turn on is perfect.

For me to have a pro series it only works on a 2.5GWiFi. It doesn't work with the 5G witch I don't understand why. But I'm going back to Google nest which is more reliable and works well with 5G WiFi

The thermostat was installed with my heat pump. I downloaded the app and connected it. It’s easy to program. I particularly like the Geofencing which tells the thermostat when I have left the house or re-entered the home zone and adjust the thermostat to save money.

I am very comfortable working with technology and the app has great features, but I wanted the thermostat to work with my Smart Home setup using Amazon's Alexa. I've tried and it doesn't work consistently.

The app that goes along with the thermostat pales in comparison to the NEST. If I want to the parameters to be different on each day, it says the geo tracking won’t work. Disappointed to have spent more money on what is supposed to be a better thermostat. Maybe it is but the user experience is not
