I purchased two units. The first one failed and had to be replaced by the contractor. For a period of time we had a lot of wi-fi connection problems with the units. For the time being, the disconnects have seemed to have lessened.

Little bit of a pain connecting to WiFi. Instructions were not very clear. After I was connected this thermostat is very easy to use and very dependable. Way better than the nest and carrier cor thermostat that I had previously

It is not an easy product to work with. The product support is terrible. You cannot get a human to answer your phone calls at anytime. I will likely change this thermostat out for another brand.

We are currently experiencing a lot of difficulty getting this product linked with our devices and working as we understood it would. Please ask me to review this product in another week once the contractor has ironed out the glitches.

User Manual not very informative, especially with regard to the Lyric/Honeywell App. Thermostat broke after 5 months and had to have new one installed. Continuous issues - not connecting with App/Mobile Phone, especially when traveling.

It seems okay... It has issues at times keeping connected to my wireless and some of the settings that I have changed on the web interface did not make it over to the device..
